The film was written and directed by Raul Ruiz after his return to Chile in 1990, but never finished. In 2017, Ruiz's project comes back to life and this time it is his widow Valeria Sarimento, who is in charge of finishing the movie. A number of cans with films were found around the world, and the footage served to edit this project. Here began the work of Kine Imagines team: Conforming, Restoration, Stabilisation of negatives and positives, which were very damage by the passage of time. Followed by Color Correction, creation of special effects, integration of subtitles, deliveries, and the DCP creation.
